Magnificent location, exceptionally nice rooms. Setting near a nightclub called "Love Boat ", and the cathedral and the university.

This place was super easy to check in to. We were greeted by a charming bellman who helped with our bags. The offsite parking was easy to find and discounted. The location is perfect, close to the main Cathedral, stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary amenities for a family. The keyless entry to the building is a plus.

The location of this place couldn't have been better! It was so convenient to be just a few steps away from the cathedral and the charming streets of Oviedo. The recently renovated rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the staff at the nearby hotel, where we checked in, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that there was a complimentary shower gel provided in the room.

One thing to note is that the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, with limited outlets and not much space to move around the beds. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but it's worth mentioning.

The apartment had all the modern amenities and was centrally located. The radiant floor was a nice touch, especially in the bathroom. It was a great experience trying to figure out the appliances with Spanish instructions.

Who needs a dryer or a kettle anyway? And who doesn't love feet turning grey from the dusty floors?
